Rudolf Seeber, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from April 1, 2008 until December 5, 2017 and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of cycos AG since December 6, 2017 has extensive experience in business administration, controlling and executive positions. At cycos, he is responsible for business administration, controlling and human resources.
Rudolf Seeber studied at the University of Technology in Berlin and the University of Cologne, graduating in business administration.
In the course of his career, which started in 1988 when he joined Siemens AG, Rudolf Seeber has held various commercial managerial positions. To mention just a few, for four years he was in charge of the business administration for the Electromechanical Components Relay Plant in Évora, Portugal; for three years he was project manager at corporate audit of Siemens; for two years he took over the management of productivity projects at Siemens Communications; followed by being commercially responsible for the communications business division security as well as Siemens Enterprise Communications Data. Since then he devotes himself solely to the role initially as CFO and now as CEO of cycos AG.
Mr. Seeber is married with two children. Among his hobbies are classical music and visits to the theater. He keeps fit with running, swimming and cross-country skiing.
Wolfgang Schiffer, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the cycos AG since December 6, 2017, has extensive experience in technological positions, project management and leadership positions. At cycos, he is responsible for software development and IT.
Wolfgang Schiffer studied at the University of Applied Sciences Aachen graduating in engineering.
He started his career in 1992 when joining PP-Com GmbH, the predecessor of the cycos AG. He took up various positions in software development, thereof a lot of years as software developer, project manager, system architect as well as manager of several software development teams.
Since 2016 he heads the software development as Head of R&D.
Mr. Schiffer is married with two children. Besides devoting himself to his family in his free time he is also active in sports and dedicates himself to programming and music.
