I am a member of the board of directors at cycos AG since 2008 and the position has filled me with great pride over all these years. We are a medium-sized company with flat hierarchies and our working mentality is characterized by fairness and open communication. My wife and I prefer to spend our free time in nature, whether it be hiking, swimming, skating or cycling - luckily, there is still enough time for that alongside the job.
