It would be difficult to imagine everyday business taking place without conferences and meetings between employees, partners and customers. They are the foundations on which mutual business understanding is built. However, it’s not always possible for all the parties involved to take part in a meeting in person. They might be away on business, work from home or simply be based at a different location and would prefer not to incur traveling costs just for a short meeting.
mrs Vanguard Conferencing offers phone and Web conferencing exactly where users need it: as an additional button in the groupware application they’re accustomed to (Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes, for example), or via cyPHONE. The process of organizing and holding meetings is simplified and speeded up enormously.

You schedule a phone and/or Web conference with one simple click. The mrs Vanguard server generates the appropriate data and reserves the appropriate virtual “conference rooms”. The people invited to the conference receive the access data and password in their email invitation.
Both internal and external invitees can attend the meeting regardless of where they are, and can even work actively on the same documents with the other people taking part. To attend the Web conference, all the participants start a small application that is executed in their computer’s RAM only.
The person chairing the conference also has the option of defining which attendees may work on a document and which may not. The phone conference can also be controlled and administrated via the “Conference Floor Control” function.
