You schedule a phone and/or Web conference with one simple click. The mrs Vanguard server generates the appropriate data and reserves the appropriate virtual “conference rooms”. The people invited to the conference receive the access data and password in their email invitation.
Both internal and external invitees can attend the meeting regardless of where they are, and can even work actively on the same documents with the other people taking part. To attend the Web conference, all the participants start a small application that is executed in their computer’s RAM only.
The person chairing the conference also has the option of defining which attendees may work on a document and which may not. The phone conference can also be controlled and administrated via the “Conference Floor Control” function.
