In most cases, our mrs Vanguard-based Unified Messaging solution is integrated into a company’s existing information and communications environment.
It is linked into the wide variety of systems via special connectors and/or standardized and freely configurable interfaces. These are further developed on a continuous basis, thus keeping pace with the rapid changes in information technology. The result: new applications and systems are supported by cycos from early on.

Integration extends across a wealth of leading business applications and solutions from various different areas and currently consists of the functions fax, voice mail, email, text messaging and, in conjunction with our CTI solution, cyPHONE, instant messaging as well.
