Messages can be stored and processed from your phone – or simply deleted. In sync with your desktop. Emails are read out, or printed as fax messages on any device or printer you wish.

With the Single Number Service, your phone, fax and voice mailbox can be reached via one number. Inbound fax messages are automatically recognized and routed to your email. Incoming phone calls are forwarded directly to the phone you are currently available on (cellphone, office, hotel phone) or – if, at some point, you can’t be reached – to your voice mailbox.
The Text-to-Speech option offers the ultimate in mobility. Innovative speech synthesis allows you to listen to fax messages and emails that have arrived – via any phone. “Find-me-Follow-me” is an intelligent, configurable “tracking” function for optimal reachability by phone. “Find-me-Follow-me” enables you to define up to four phone numbers which are called in succession – a useful feature if, for example, you are on-site but frequently away from your desk.
