2009	Siemens Enterprise Networks Group (SEN Group) assumed the operating sales and service business of cycos on december 1, 2009.
2008	With mrs Vanguard, cycos brings the most comprehensive software suite for Unified Communications on to the market. According to a study by MZA – marketing consultants specializing in the IT and telecommunications industries – cycos AG is the market leader in Western Europe for Unified Messaging solutions. (Study: “The Western European UC Applications Market Competitive Environment – 2008 Edition”.)
2007	In a comparison study by ComConsult, cycos mrs emerges as the clear winner for Unified Communications solutions
2006	Cycos mrs receives the Frost & Sullivan Award for Product Differentiation Innovation in the Unified Messaging and Communications market; at CeBIT, cycos presents a prototype of the first communications suite for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 in the world; support for portals and SOA solutions is extended
2005	Cycos ends its best year in the history of the company; sales rise to 20.67 million euros, the number of employees to more than 200; internationalization is well under way; mrs 6 and the Caller Guide with “Find-me-Follow-me” function are launched on to the market; the HKS “listener contact system” for radio stations, developed in cooperation with DREFA, wins an award from Corporate Media
2004	Start of the cyCHANGE project: Sales is strengthened; the entire company puts its focus on the market; opening of new markets, and internationalization; cycos is number 49 in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50
2003	Takeover by Siemens AG as majority shareholder

1995	Launching of the new Unified Messaging server mrs (multimedia routing software) for ISDN under Windows NT for the software platforms Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes and SAP R/3
1994	Presentation of the NVS message routing system, the first Unified Messaging system with integrated text, fax and voice mail for phone and PC, at CeBIT
1991	The company is renamed PP-COM Telecommunications + Networking GmbH, and concentrates all its activities on telecommunications
