Cycos AG, Western Europe’s market leader in Unified Messaging, provides modular communication solutions covering everything from straightforward fax integration and CTI applications to advanced unified messaging and unified communications. Its core product is cycos mrs Vanguard, a unified communications software suite. cycos AG operates an international network with more than 140 distribution partners. A technology partner to leading companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Cisco, SAP and Siemens, the company has accumulated over 20 years' experience in the industry and today boasts an installed base of some 5.8 million licenses. These installations vary between 50 users at small and midsized enterprise to 150,000 users at large corporations. Operating, in part, in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) business, cycos solutions are not always found on the market under our own name, but as the Siemens solution “HiPath Xpressions” or the T-Systems solution “Octopus C CTI/UM”, for example.
